    Balacize Monthly Subscription

    Bala has changed my life. First time mom going through the postpartum journey back to a body I love. I do bala 5 days a week and I'm seeing major results. Highly recommend!

    Balacize - Colorful, energizing fun!

    I've been looking for an online workout with great instructors, music that isn't too heavy or overwhelming, and something that makes me want to return to my "gym" (read: office). Working out at home isn't the most motivating, but Balacize has everything I was looking for!

    Additionally, the instructors' colorful outfits and backdrops are a real big bonus on top!
