      Makes the difference

      Excellent weights ideal for toning up your muscles which I’m using on my legs. Have made a difference already and it’s only been a week! My legs are stronger ideal to help with bone density during menopause.

      3 lb. Bangles

      My 2 lb. bangles from Bala were worn out and the velcro no longer worked, so I decided to upgrade and go 1 lb. up. My new 3 pound bangles arrived and they are working pretty well. However, with the extra weight they do tend to slide down and are less “secure” feeling than the lighter ones.
