      Just received and now walking daily.

      Just received my Bala Bangles - really well made and very comfortable. Bought them to enhance my daily walk - recovering from cancer surgery and was concerned about getting my arms strengthen w/o inviting lymphedema. My physical therapist thought the Bangles would be excellent idea to get my arms back in shape. Have used for 5 days now and can feel some burn - not expecting miracles overnight but the weight resistance for my arms enhances my 6000 to 10,000 steps per day. Thank you for this great idea - great recovery tool.

      Pink Bala Weights - 2 lbs

      I started out last year with the 1 lb ankle weights for my workouts. I ordered the pink 2 lb ankle weights to take my workouts up a notch. I love my Bala ankle weights!
