      LOVE THESE!

      I love these Bangles! This is the 2nd pair I have bought. I have one set for home and one for my office. Thewy are super soft, comfortable and easy to use. PLUS they stay on throughout my workout No matter how hard it is and they never fall off.

      Makes the difference

      Excellent weights ideal for toning up your muscles which I’m using on my legs. Have made a difference already and it’s only been a week! My legs are stronger ideal to help with bone density during menopause.

      3 lb. Bangles

      My 2 lb. bangles from Bala were worn out and the velcro no longer worked, so I decided to upgrade and go 1 lb. up. My new 3 pound bangles arrived and they are working pretty well. However, with the extra weight they do tend to slide down and are less “secure” feeling than the lighter ones.
