This is the best place to start. It changes a workout without changing everything.
If you’re starting out with a vest
Noticeable, but not too much. Stuck deciding between 8lb and 12lb? Try the 12lb.
If you’re already training
Turn your everyday walks into more work and add resistance to bodyweight exercises.
If you’re a regular vest wearer
Ideal for those who weight train regularly or those who ruck or hike with a loaded pack.
Still thinking about it? Pro tip: choose the one that’s a step up. It’s one size and fits most people. The shoulder straps have built-in stretch, so the vest pulls on and settles into place, kind of like a slip-on shoe instead of a lace-up. A cross-chest strap buckles in front and adjusts to tighten or loosen the fit.
