All users will get a 14 day free trial with a new Balacize subscription! We have a monthly plan for $19.99 a month or a yearly plan for $14.99 a month (billed $179.99 annually).
Definitely not! We offer four categories; Sweat, Sculpt, Flow and Unwind. Each instructor puts their own spin and style in the workout.
- Sweat: Designed to help you improve cardiovascular health, burn fat, increase muscle, and get your heart pumping. Think cardio, HIIT, boxing, dancing, and full-body movement utilizing the Bangles, The Play Mat, Power Ring, Beam, Bars, Bands, Ball, and Jump Rope.
- Sculpt: Tone, improve muscle definition and increase overall strength. Sculpt covers anything from lifting weights to Pilates to calisthenics with some LIIT/HIIT and uses products like the Bangles, The Play Mat, Power Ring, Beam, Bars, Ball, and Bands.
- Flow: Slow it down with Flow. These workouts move at a slower pace and are designed to improve flexibility and lengthen your body through the help of yoga, stretching, lighter Pilates, and more, with the help of the Bangles, Balance Blocks, the Play Mat, Bars, and Hourglass roller.
- Unwind: Covers everything you need if you’re wanting to focus on meditation, breathing, recovery, and unlocking tense thoughts or tightness in the body and involves anything from restorative movement to stillness using products like the Hourglass Roller, Bangles, Play Mat, and Balance Blocks.
