The Balacize platform features on-demand videos from your favorite instructors (or Balacizers, as we like to call them) using all Bala equipment! Each short video can be used for single sessions when you’re on the go! You can also check out our curated playlists for a streamlined experience.
All users will get a 14 day free trial with a new Balacize subscription! We have a monthly plan for $19.99 a month or a yearly plan for $14.99 a month (billed $179.99 annually).
Definitely not! We offer four categories; Sweat, Sculpt, Flow and Unwind. Each instructor puts their own spin and style in the workout.
All classes use Bala products! Check out the recommended equipment in each class description and always feel free to level up by adding Bangles.
Balacize caters to everyone! No matter your fitness level or age, we have a class for you.
Click the heart icon on whichever videos and playlists you'd like to revisit. Access them at anytime in the top right hand drop down under 'Account'.
Not at this time! Our platform is all on-demand with expert instructors from all over the world.
We recommend starting by clearing your browser cache or updating your browser as both can cause compatibility issues.

You can reach out to us to cancel at [email protected] OR you can cancel by logging into your account and clicking Manage Subscriptions (under My Address). You will be directed to the Recharge portal where you can view active subscriptions and cancel.

SavedBy Package Protection is an optional add-on that can help cover the cost of lost, damaged or stolen packages. We do everything that we can to make sure the package gets to you, but in cases when issues arise SavedBy can help.
SavedBy varies depending on the price of your order. It will automatically calculate once you begin to add items to your cart.
You don’t, but it can help speed up the process of resolving issues related to shipping. And in some cases where packages may not be covered by us, SavedBy can help where we wouldn’t be able to.

SavedBy can help send a new package within 1 business day! Sometimes it may take more, but in most cases they are very quick to resolve any issues that arise.
SavedBy will send you an email confirmation once you have placed an order in our store that includes their SavedBy Package Protection. Keep your eye out for it!
