    Beautifully Designed, But Start Lighter Than You Think

    The Bala Beam is super aesthetic and feels great in hand — I really love the grip and overall design. That said, 25 lbs is heavier than I expected, especially for someone getting back into strength training. If you're a beginner (or even if you think you're strong), I’d recommend starting with the 15 lb version first. This one is no joke!
