      Helped my total hip replacement

      Had complete left hip surgery and 3 days later was in physical therapy 3 days each week. Within 4 weeks my PT people were releasing me from their care because during this time i added more bala bangles to my collection i had when you were a brand new company. My PT people knew i was exercising with your products at home the other 4 days & really strengthened my muscles and core and everyone including my surgeon were impressed how quickly i healed & gained my strength back in one month.       Stylish for strength!

      These bangles work really nice! I got the 1lb ones which are light enough, yet still help me tone my arms while I walk, do laundry, clean the house and just do normal daily tasks. I will say that when I put them on they can really dig into my wrist bones unless I position them a certain way which is the only downside. Overall they work really nice and I might have to upgrade to the 2lb ones soon!

      Game changer
